摘要: |
目的 建立保健食品中敌敌畏等16种有机磷农药残留的气相色谱测定方法,了解浙江市场上植物或真菌为原料的保健食品中有机磷农药残留情况。方法 用乙腈提取样品中农药残留,使用Rtx-1701色谱柱分离目标物,使用带火焰光度检测器(FPD)的气相检测。结果 16种有机磷在0.1~2.0 mg·L-1内呈现良好的线性,定量限(S/N=10)均为0.05 mg·kg-1,检出限(S/N=3)在0.01~0.02 mg·kg-1内,在0.25,0.4,1.0 mg·kg-1 3个添加浓度水平下,16种有机磷的加样回收率为75%~120%。市场抽样90批保健品,有机磷检出12批,检出率为13.3%。结论 该方法简单、快速、准确,适用于保健品中有机磷农药残留的检测。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To develop a method for simultaneous determination of 16 kinds of organophosphoru pesticide residues such as dichlorvos in health foods by gas chromatography, and investigate the situation of organophosphorus pesticide residues in health food with plant or fungus materials in Zhejiang market. METHODS Target analytes in samples were extracted by acetonitrile, separated by column Rtx-1701, and detected by flame photometric detector. RESULTS The 16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides showed good linear relationship in the range of 0.1-2.0 mg·L-1, the limits of detection(S/N=3) were 0.01-0.02 mg·kg-1, and the limits of quantification (S/N=10) were 0.05 mg·kg-1. At the three levels of spiked samples include 0.25, 0.4, 1 mg·kg-1, the recovery rates ranged from 75% to 120%. Among the 90 samples from the market, 12 were detected positive for the organophosphorus pesticide residue with a detection rate of 13.3%. CONCLUSION This method is simple, rapid and highly sensitive, it is suitable for the determination of 16 kinds of organophosphorus pesticides in health foods. |
