| 1例66岁男性患者因感染性心内膜炎使用注射用头孢曲松钠等抗感染治疗，在使用注射用头孢曲松钠第13天后出现体温正常后再发热，血培养、超声及CT检查未见感染未控制或新发感染依据，停用注射用头孢曲松钠后，患者体温恢复正常。注射用头孢曲松钠致药物热明确。 |

| Drug Fever Induced by Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection During Treatment of Patient with Infective Endocarditis: a Case Report |

| Abstract: |
| A 66-year-old male patient with infective endocarditis received Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection combining other antibiotics treatment. He had a new fever after receiving Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection for 13 days. Blood cultures was negative. Ultrasonographies and CT scans showed that there was no evidence of an uncontrolled infection or a superinfection. After stopping giving Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection, the patient’s body temperature turned normal. This confirms that Ceftriaxone Sodium for Injection can surly lead to drug fever, an adverse reaction. |
