摘要: |
目的 找出我国医药制造业人力资本与研发资金投入之间的因果关系,为未来研发(R&D)资金和人力资本投入提供建议。方法 选取我国医药制造业1995-2014年研发人员比重和研发资金投入的数据,运用格兰杰因果检验分析两者之间的相互影响。结果 当滞后阶数为1,2,3时,研发人力资本变动是研发资金投入变动的格兰杰原因,研发人力资本每上升1%,R&D资金投入增加0.420%。反之,研发资金投入变动不是研发人力资本变动的格兰杰原因。结论 加强人力资本的投入来增加研发资金的投入,以提高创新药物的研发能力。 |

OBJECTIVE To find out the causal relationship between human capital and R&D investment of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing, and provide suggestions for future R&D investment. METHODS Researching the influence of human capital and R&D investment in the methods of Granger Causality Test, based on 1995-2014 data of R&D personnel accounted and R&D investment of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing. RESULTS When the lag intervals was 1, 2, 3, R&D human capital was the Granger cause of R&D investment, R&D human capital per rose 1%, R&D investment increased by 0.420%. On the other hand, R&D investment was not the Granger cause of R&D human capital. CONCLUSION To formulate corresonding incentive policies, enhance investment in human capital for increase R&D investment and improve the ability of innovative drugs research and development, in order to drive the sustainable development of Chinese pharmaceutical manufacturing. |
