卡马西平片致干咳、咽部不适1例

One case of cough and throat irritation induced by carbamazepine tablets

摘要:

1例58岁女性患者，因颅骨缺损入院。患者行“颅骨修补术”后，第2 d，无明显诱因出现癫痫发作，给予卡马西平片（100 mg，po，bid）抗癫痫治疗，服用3次后患者出现干咳，咽部异物感等症状，考虑为卡马西平片所致不良反应，立即停用卡马西平片，并换用丙戊酸钠片（200 mg，po，tid）抗癫痫治疗。患者症状逐渐缓解，约2 d后不适症状消失。

Abstract:

One 58-year-old female patient who suffered from skull defects. However, an epileptic seizure developed on the 2nd post cranioplasty day, and she received carbamazepine tablets (100 mg, po, bid) for antiepileptic treatment. After 3 doses of carbamazepine tablets, he developed cough, throat itching, which was considered as adverse drug reaction. The using carbamazepine tablets was stopped, and replaced with sodium valproate tablets (200 mg, po, tid). After 2 days, all of the symptoms mentioned disappeared.
