| 目的 考察密花香薷挥发油透皮吸收的能力，研究其作为一种中药促渗剂的可能性。方法 应用体外透皮试验方法，以KM小鼠腹部皮肤为研究对象，HPLC测定接受液中黄芩苷含量，计算黄芩苷累积透过量，考察密花香薷挥发油对黄芩苷的促渗作用。结果 当密花香薷挥发油浓度为3%时，其黄芩苷的累积透过量最大，促渗透效果最好，与阳性对照药氮酮相比，密花香薷挥发油的累积透过量高于氮酮的累积透过量。结论 密花香薷挥发油具有促进渗透的作用，可以促进黄芩苷的吸收。 |

| OBJECTIVE To study the possibility of Elsholtzia densa become an enhancer of herb medicine through the examination on the percutaneous absorption of volatile oil from Elsholtzia densa.METHODS transdermal experiment in vitro was used to investigate the enhancing permeation effect of the volatile oil from Elsholtzia densa to baicalin. The abdominal skin of KM mice was the object of study. The content of baicalin in the receptor fluid was determined by HPLC, in order to calculate the cumulative penetration quantity of baicalin. RESULTS The enhancing permeation effect was best, and the cumulative permeation of baicalin was the largest, when the content of the volatile oil was 3%. Compared with the positive control of azone, the cumulative penetration quantity of volatile oil from Elsholtzia densa was higher than azone.CONCLUSION Volatile oil of Elsholtzia densa have the function of percutaneous absorption, it can improved the absorption of Baicalin. |
