摘要: |
目的 优化乳膏基质的组成,以期得到外观、使用性和稳定性俱佳的复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏。方法 以离心稳定性、耐寒稳定性、耐热稳定性、粒度、延展性、外观以及清洗性等作为指标,采用D-最优混料设计法确定乳膏基质的组成。结果 最佳复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏的基质组成:硬脂酸8.3 g,单甘脂7.6 g,白凡士林9.5 g,液体石蜡8.1 g,十二烷基硫酸钠1.1 g,甘油7.5 g,水57 g。结论 按此处方制备的复方醋酸曲安奈德乳膏稳定性好、易涂布、易清洗,外观洁白有光泽。 |

OBJECTIVE To optimize the composition of cream matrix, in order to get the best Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate cream with good appearance, good usability and good stability. METHODS The composition of the Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate cream was determined by using D-optimal mixture design method, which was based on the centrifugal stability, cold stability, heat stability, particle size, ductility, appearance and cleaning. RESULTS The best prescription of Compound Triamcinolone Acetonide cream was:stearic acid 8.3 g, glycerol monostearate 7.6 g, white vaseline 9.5 g, liquid paraffin 8.1 g, twelve alkyl sodium sulfate 1.1 g, glycerol 7.5 g and water 57 g. CONCLUSION The Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate cream made according to the compound prescription preparation have good stability, and it is easy coating. |
