不同产地牛至挥发油的主成分分析

摘要:
目的 研究不同产地牛至挥发油的化学成分,为牛至的品质资源优选提供科学依据。方法 采用GC-FID和GC-MS联用技术,鉴定6个不同产地的牛至挥发油的化学成分。应用主成分分析对牛至挥发油的数据进行分析和综合评价。结果 鉴定6个不同产地牛至的挥发油提取物共11~46种化学成分,占总挥发油的98.5%~99.9%。6个不同产地牛至挥发油的化学成分的主成分分析提取出3个主成分:第一主成分是桉树脑和丁香油酚甲醚;第二主成分是大根香叶烯和石竹烯氧化物;第三主成分是百里香酚,累计贡献率达99.57%。结论 首次比较6个不同产地牛至挥发油的化学成分,含有香茅醇(72.7%~85.3%)、香茅醇乙酸酯(8.8%~12.2%)、百里香酚(1.5%~42.9%)、石竹烯(0.4%~17.7%)。和田昆仑山、巴基斯坦、和田这3个产地的牛至挥发油的化学成分相似度较高。

Principal component analysis of essential oils of Origanum vulgare L. from different production areas

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To study chemical components of essential oils of Origanum vulgare L. from different production areas and to provide scientific basis for better resource. METHODS With a flame ionization detector(GC-FID) and examined for volatile constituents by GC-MS to identify chemical components of essential oils from six different areas. Utilized principal component analysis to analyze and comprehensive assessment essential oils from six different production areas of Origanum vulgare L.RESULTS The procedure allowed the identification of 11 to 46 components among six production areas, representing 98.5% to 99.9% of the total oil extracted. From the principal component analysis and cluster analysis of chemical components of essential oils from six different production areas of Origanum vulgare L., which obtained 3 principal components, the first main component were eucalyptol and eugenol methyl ether; the second major component were germacrene D and aryophyllene oxide; and the third major component was thymol. The cumulative contribution rates of the three main components reached 99.57%. CONCLUSION Different essential oils of Origanum vulgare L. from six different production areas are compared, the components are β-citronellol(72.7%-85.3%), citronellol acetate(8.8%-12.2%), thymol(1.5%-42.9%), caryophyllene(0.4%-17.7%). According to the principal component factor and weighted comprehensive scores, the chemical components of Origanum vulgare L. from Kunlun Mountain of Hetian, Pakistan and Hetian are similar.
