| Pharmacist's management in warfarin anticoagulation, can be studied from many aspects. At present, foreign pharmacists demonstrate better effectiveness versus physician in anticoagulation management compared with physician. In order to establish a pragmatic and comprehensive model in pharmacy anticoagulation service mode, this paper reviews progress of pharmacist-participated warfarin anticoagulation in recent years. |
