摘要: |
青蒿所含化学成分丰富,药用价值高,药理作用广。随着科学技术和研究手段的不断发展与创新,对于青蒿药理作用及其机制的研究也逐渐深入。本文综合近年来国内外相关文献报道,经过整理总结阐述青蒿中主要化学成分抗疟、抗肿瘤、抑菌杀虫、抗炎及免疫调节、抗纤维化、抑制脂肪变性等药理作用及机制,为进一步促进我国中医药行业的发展,同时也为青蒿的合理使用以及临床新用提供更多的理论依据。 |

Artemisia annua contains a rich chemical composition, high medicinal value, broad pharmacological effects. With the continuous development and innovation of science and technology and research methods, the research on the pharmacological action and mechanism of Artemisia annua has also been gradually deepened. In this paper, we summarize the pharmacological effects and mechanism of anti-malaria, anti-tumor, antibacterial and insecticidal, anti-inflammatory and immune regulation, anti-fibrosis, in order to further promote the development of Chinese medicine industry, but also for the rational use of Artemisia annua and clinical new use to provide more theoretical basis. |
