摘要: |
目的 测定25批不同产地的板蓝根药材中铅、镉、砷、汞、铜的含量。方法 通过微波消解-电感耦合等离子质谱法测定25批板蓝根药材中铅、镉、砷、汞和铜的含量,并运用SPSS 16.0软件对数据进行聚类分析。结果 25批板蓝根药材中,镉、砷、汞均有不同程度的超出规定限度,铅和铜均符合现行标准。结论 该方法分析了不同产地板蓝根中重金属含量差异特点及超标的可能原因,为板蓝根药材的规范化种植,安全评价及重金属含量标准制定提供一定依据。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in 25 batches of Isatidis Radix.METHODS The contents of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in 25 batches of Isatidis Radix were determined by microwave-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry, and the data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0 software.RESULTS In 25 batches of Isatidis Radix, Cd, As and Hg were beyond the limits in varying degrees but Pb and Cu met the requirements of the current standard.CONCLUSIONS The heavy metal contents and probable causes of the excessive for the standardization of Isatidis Radix are analyzed and certain basis are provided for herbs cultivation, safety evaluation and heavy metal content standards. |
