摘要: |
肿瘤是由肿瘤细胞、成纤维细胞、肿瘤血管、免疫细胞和胞外基质等多成分所组成的复杂体系。近年来多细胞肿瘤球作为体外三维肿瘤模型的应用日益增多,相比较体外细胞二维培养模型,它能够更好地模拟体内肿瘤组织的基本结构和微环境,该模型在抗肿瘤药物筛选和肿瘤生物学研究中正发挥越来越重要的作用。本文总结了多细胞肿瘤球模型的构建方法及其在药物筛选和制剂评价中的应用。 |

Abstract: |
Tumor is a complex system of tumor cells, fibroblasts, tumor blood vessels, immune cells, extracellular matrix and other components. In recent years, multicellular tumor spheroid is increasingly used as 3D in vitro tumour model. Compared to 2D culture model in vitro, it can better character fundamental structure and microenvironment of tumour tissue in vivo. It is playing an important role in antitumour drug screening test and tumour biology. In this paper, we make a review of the development of multicellular tumour spheroid and its application in drug screening and preparation evaluation. |
