绿假单胞菌注射液(PA-MSHA)是一类用于免疫治疗的生物制剂,在临床应用和基础研究中均表现出良好的抗肿瘤作用。其抗肿瘤作用包括调节免疫、提高化疗药物敏感性和逆转耐药等方面。本文对铜绿假单胞菌注射液抗肿瘤作用及其相关机制研究进展进行综述。 |

Pseudomonas aeruginosa injection(PA-MSHA) is a kind of biologics agents for immunotherapy, which demonstrates promising anti-tumor effects in both clinical and basic research. The mechanism of its anti-tumor effects include regulating immunity, increasing the sensitivity of chemotherapy drug and reversing the drug resistance. This review focuses on the research advances in the mechanisms for anti-tumor effect of PA-MSHA injection. |
