款冬酮是从中药款冬花中分离得到的一种倍半萜类成分,中国药典2015年版收载的款冬花的含量测定指标成分即为款冬酮。本文对款冬酮的提取工艺、分离方法、结构鉴定、含量检测、药理活性进行综述,为款冬酮的深入研究及开发利用提供参考。 |

Tussilagone is a kind of sesquiterpene, which is separated from Chinese traditional medicine Tussilago farfara L., the index of the content determination of Tussilago farfara L. in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015 edition is called tussilagone. In this paper, the extraction technology, separation method, structure identification, content detection and pharmacological activity of tussilagone are reviewed in order to provide a reference for the further research and development of the tussilagone. |
