脾多肽注射液辅助化疗治疗肿瘤的疗效与安全性meta分析

摘要:

目的 系统评价脾多肽注射液辅助化疗治疗肿瘤的疗效与安全性，为临床治疗提供循证参考。方法 计算机检索中国知网（CNKI）、万方期刊论文数据库、维普期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM）、Medline、Embase和CochraneCentral Register of Controlled Trials （CENTRAL），收集脾多肽注射液辅助化疗治疗肿瘤的随机对照试验（randomizedcontrolled trials，RCT），对符合纳入标准的临床研究进行资料提取，采用Cochrane系统评价员手册5.0版进行质量评价，采用Rev Man 5.3统计软件进行meta分析。结果 共纳入25项RCT，合计2 055例患者。Meta分析结果显示，脾多肽注射液辅助化疗治疗肿瘤能显著提高有效率[OR=1.85，95%CI（1.50，2.28），P<0.000 01]和生存质量改善率[OR=4.55，95%CI（3.19，6.51），P<0.000 01]，同时还能降低白细胞、血小板、血红蛋白减少率和恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、神经毒性等不良反应发生率，差异均有统计学意义。结论 当前证据表明，脾多肽注射液辅助化疗治疗肿瘤疗效与安全性均较好。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To systematically review the efficacy and safety of Lienal Polypeptide injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of cancer and provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment. METHODS Retrieved from CNKI, Wanfang, VIP and CBM database, Medline, Embase and Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials (CENTRAL), randomized controlled trials(RCT) about Lienal Polypeptide injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of cancer were collected. Data were extracted from the clinical studies which meeting inclusion criteria. Meta-analysis was performed by using Rev Man 5.3 software after data extract while the quality evaluation was according to Cochrane 5.0. RESULTS A total of 25 RCTs were enrolled, involving 2 055 patients. Results of meta-analysis showed Lienal polypeptide injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment of cancer could significantly improve the effective rate[OR=1.85, 95%CI(1.50, 2.28), P<0.000 01] and improvement rate of life quality[OR=4.55, 95%CI(3.19, 6.51), P<0.000 01]. It could also significantly reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions, including the reduction of leukocyte, platelet and hemoglobin, nausea and vomiting, myelosuppressive and neurotoxicity. CONCLUSION The present evidence shows that Lienal Polypeptide injection combined with chemotherapy is effective and safe in the treatment of cancer.
