摘要:

目的 探讨实施品管圈活动提高PIVAS肠外营养液临时医嘱处理效率中的应用效果。方法 2017年11月，10名药师自愿组成品管圈活动小组，按照PDCA循环法则，以"提高PIVAS肠外营养液临时医嘱的处理效率"为活动主题，对PIVAS肠外营养液临时医嘱的处理效率低的原因进行统计、分析、寻找真因，并制定和落实整改措施，最终评价有形成果和无形成果。结果 PIVAS肠外营养液临时医嘱处理效率由改善前每小时46.73袋提高至71.81袋。结论 开展品管圈活动有效提高PIVAS肠外营养液临时医嘱的处理效率，可提升PIVAS质量管理。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To explore the application effect of implementing quality control circle activities to improve the efficiency of temporary treatment of PIVAS parenteral nutrition solution. METHODS In November 2017, 10 pharmacists volunteered to form a quality control circle activity group. According to the PDCA circulation rule, "improving the treatment efficiency of temporary medical orders of PIVAS parenteral nutrition solution" as the theme of the activity. The causes of the low treatment efficiency of the temporary medical orders of PIVAS parenteral nutrition solution were counted and analyzed, the causes were found, and the corrective measures were formulated and implemented. Finally, the tangible and intangible results were evaluated. RESULTS The temporary treatment efficiency of PIVAS parenteral nutrition solution was improved by 46.73 bags increased to 71.81 bags per hour. CONCLUSION The activity of quality control circle is effective to improve the treatment efficiency of temporary medical orders of PIVAS parenteral nutrition solution and to improve the quality management of PIVAS.
