| 目的 提高临床对注射用多黏菌素B引起患者面部色素沉着不良反应的认识，提供适当处理方法的建议。方法 对1例使用注射用多黏菌素B抗感染患者出现面部色素沉着的不良反应进行描述；通过诺氏评分进行了相关性分析；同时对此类不良反应进行了文献复习。结果 本例患者因肝移植就诊，术后使用注射用多黏菌素B抗感染，出现了面部色素沉着。结论 多黏菌素B会引起面部色素沉着，该不良反应在说明书中没有提及，患者在用药期间应尽量避免日光，特别是紫外线的照射。 |

| OBJECTIVE To improve the identification of polymyxin B for injection-associated adverse reactions such as facial pigmentation, and provide recommendations for appropriate treatment. METHODS One case of facial pigmentation induced by polymyxin B for injection in the anti-infective was described and analyzed correlation by Knott's score. The literature was also reviewed to make a summary of cutaneous. RESULTS This patient was diagnosed with a liver transplant and was treated with polymyxin B for infection after surgery, facial hyperpigmentation was occurred. CONCLUSION Polymyxin B causes an adverse reaction to facial pigmentation, which is not mentioned in the specification, and avoids exposure to sunlight, especially ultraviolet rays, during the administration. |
