川芎提取物对电离辐射损伤小鼠血液系统的保护作用

摘要:
目的 研究川芎提取物对电离辐射损伤小鼠血液系统的保护作用。方法 健康昆明种小鼠120只,按随机原则分为空白组、辐照组、氨磷汀组、川芎提取物低、中、高剂量组;川芎提取物通过灌胃给药,对照药物氨磷汀通过腹腔注射给药,其余各组给予灌胃动作刺激;60Coγ作为辐射源,辐射剂量5.0 Gy,制备辐射损伤动物模型;所有小鼠均通过眼眶取外周血,进行全血细胞分析。结果 电离辐射能损伤小鼠血液系统,导致白细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞等有核细胞数量下降;川芎提取物能改善小鼠因电离辐射所致的白细胞、淋巴细胞、单核细胞等有核细胞数量降低的现象。结论 川芎提取物对电离辐射损伤小鼠血液系统有一定的保护作用,可能与川芎的抗氧化、免疫调节功能有关。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effects of Ligusticum chuanxiong extract on hematological system of ionizing radiation injured mice. METHODS One hundred twenty healthy Kunming mice were randomly divided into normal group, ionizing radiation group, amifostine group, and Ligusticum chuanxiong extract group(low, medium, high dose aqueous solution). Ligusticum chuanxiong extract was administered intragastrically, and the control drug Amifostine was injected intraperitoneally, other groups were stimulated by intragastrical administration. 60Coγ with radiation dose 5.0 Gy was used as radiation source to prepare animal models of radiation injury. Peripheral blood was taken from the orbit of all mice to perform whole blood cell analysis. RESULTS Ionizing radiation could damage mice hematological system and lead to decrease of nucleated cells like white blood cells, lymphocytes, monocyte and so on. The Ligusticum chuanxiong extract could improve such phenomenon. CONCLUSION Ligusticum chuanxiong extract has protective effect on hematological system of ionizing radiation injured mice. The protection mechanism may be related to its antioxidant and immune regulation functions.
