摘要: |
目的 提高药物临床试验机构运行效率,消除传统运行流程弊端,探索管理新模式。方法 基于现有医院HIS/LIS,兼顾成本与功能,多科室联合设计并实施药物临床试验医嘱开具及结算信息系统,试运行后逐步进行功能修正。结果 系统上线不仅使医院的药物临床试验机构完全支持门诊或住院受试者持医保或自费卡参与药物临床试验,同时也在经费报销等多个环节节约了大量人力物力,数据溯源性也得到强化。结论 药物临床试验机构信息化发展是大势所趋,本系统的成功开发运行为其他药物临床试验机构解决此类问题提供了一个参考范例。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To improve the operational efficiency of drug clinical trial institution, eliminate the drawbacks of traditional operational procedures, and explore new management models. METHODS Based on the existing HIS/LIS foundation, taking into account the cost and function, the multi-disciplinary department jointly designed and implemented medical ordering and settlement information system, and gradually revised the function after trial operation. RESULTS The on-line of the system not only enabled institution to fully support outpatients or hospitalized patients to participate in clinical trials with medical insurance or self-paid cards, but also saves a lot of manpower and material resources in various aspects such as trial fund reimbursement. Data traceability was also strengthened. CONCLUSION Informatization is the trend of the development of drug clinical trial institutions. The successful development and operation of this system provides a reference example for other drug clinical trial institutions to solve such problems. |
