药师对大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹患者诊治的临床思维分析

摘要:

目的 提高临床医师对大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹的关注程度，同时提高临床药师的临床思维能力。方法 通过分析临床药师参与大疱性表皮坏死松解型药疹患者的会诊，将临床药师的临床思维及考虑问题的思路过程进行归纳总结。结果 临床药师帮助医师判断发生不良反应的可疑药物，与医师讨论药物治疗方案的调整，提升了药师的临床认可度。结论 临床药师积极参与临床治疗方案，关注药物不良反应，对提高治疗效果、减少药源性疾病的发生具有重要意义。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To improve the focus of physicians on bulla epidermal necrotic drug rash and improve the clinical thinking of clinical pharmacists. METHODS Consultation of bulla epidermal necrotic drug rash was made by pharmacists. The clinical thinking of pharmacists was summarized. RESULTS Clinical pharmacists were helpful in determining the suspected drug and adjustment of drug therapy. Consultation was helpful in improving the recognition of clinical pharmacists. CONCLUSION It is significance for clinical pharmacists to actively participate in clinical treatment programs and pay attention to adverse drug reactions to improve the treatment effect and reduce the occurrence of drug-induced diseases.
