摘要: |
目的 采用LC-MS/MS同时测定蓝芩口服液中6种化学成分(绿原酸、栀子苷、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱、黄芩素、汉黄芩素)的含量。方法 采用Fortis Xi C18柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 μm),以乙腈-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速0.3 mL·min-1。质谱采用电喷雾离子源,多反应监测方式进行检测。结果 6个成分在考察的浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系(r>0.999 1);回收率(n=9)在94.7%~103.3%内,RSD均<3.3%;3个批次的样品测定结果均符合国家标准的要求,但批次间6个成分的含量差异较大。结论 本方法简便、快速、选择性好,灵敏度高,可用于蓝芩口服液的质量控制。 |

Abstract: |
OBJECTIVE To establish an LC-MS/MS method for determination of six compounds(chlorogenic acid, geniposide, berberine hydrochloride, baicalin, baicalein and wogonin) in Lanqin oral solution. METHODS The chromatographic separations were obtained on a Fortis Xi C18 column(50 mm×2.1 mm, 1.7 μm) with a gradient elution using the mixture of acetonitrile and 0.1% formic acid water solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.3 mL·min-1. Electrospray ionization(ESI) interface and multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) were used. RESULTS All calibration curves of six components were linear (r>0.999 1) over the tested ranges. The average recoveries(n=9) ranged from 94.7% to 103.3% with RSD <3.3%. The results of the three batches of samples all met the requirements of the national standards, but the content of the six components between batches varied greatly. CONCLUTION The method is convenient, rapid, and it has good selectivity and high sensitivity, which can be used for the quality control of Lanqin oral solution. |
