淫羊藿导致男性不育毒性反应的考证与现代研究

摘要:
淫羊藿是治疗男性不育症、阳痿和精液异常的常用药,而古文献记载其可导致男性不育,有必要对此进行考证。古文献中淫羊藿导致男性不育是由于长期使用或适应人群、适应证选择不当导致的,因此可定义为毒性反应。产地、品种、采收期可影响淫羊藿的质量,可以确认的是箭叶淫羊藿是毒性品种。淫羊藿炮制可导致化学成分、药动学、药效学的改变,因此炮制也是考虑的重点因素之一。淫羊藿多种成分对性激素、性器官、精液具有保护作用,毒理实验中发现可损伤睾丸。

Abstract:
Epimedii Folium is a commonly used medicine in the treatment of male infertility, impotence and semen abnormalities. Ancient literature records that Epimedii Folium can lead to male infertility, it is necessary to make a textual research on it. In ancient literature, the reason of male infertility caused by Epimedii Folium is due to long-term use, or improper selection of population and indication, so it can be defined as toxic reaction. Origin, variety and harvest time can affect the quality of Epimedii Folium. It can be confirmed that Epimedium sagittatum(sieb.et Zucc.) Maxim. is a toxic variety. Processing of Epimedii Folium can lead to changes in chemical composition, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. Therefore, processing is also one of the important factors to be considered. Many components of Epimedii Folium have protective effects on sex hormones, sexual organs and semen, while toxicological experiments have found that it can damage testis.
