基于酪氨酸酶抑制作用的白术水提工艺研究

摘要:
目的 优化白术的提取工艺。方法 在单因素试验基础上,利用响应面法以料液比、提取次数、提取时间为因素,提取物的产率、提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率为响应值,确定白术的最佳水提工艺,研究其美白效果。结果 白术的最佳提取工艺条件为料液比1:14,提取次数3次,提取时间2.5 h,在此条件下白术提取物的产率可达到64.4%;提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率可达到65.16%。结论 白术提取物的产率、提取物对酪氨酸酶的抑制率的实测值和预测值基本一致,具有较好的美白效果。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction technology of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma. METHODS Using water/solid ratio, extraction times, extraction duration as factors, the yield and the inhibitory activity against tyrosinase of the extracts as response value, reponse surface method was used to obtain the optimal extraction technology of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma based on single factor test and its whitening effect was tested. RESULTS The result showed that the optimal conditions were:the water/solid ratio of 1:14, the extraction time of 3, extraction duration of 2.5 h. Under the optimal condition, the yield of Atractylodis macrocephalae rhizoma extract was 64.4% and the inhibition rate of extract on tyrosinase was 65.16%. CONCLUSION The yield of Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma extract and the inhibition rate of extract on tyrosinase are basically similar with the predicted values. It has good whitening effect.
