| 摘要: |
| 目的 探讨阿加曲班注射液的临床应用是否合理。方法 统计分析2018年10月-2019年3月苏州大学附属第二医院住院患者中阿加曲班注射液的使用情况。结果 阿加曲班注射液的临床应用涉及多个科室、多种疾病。本次点评发现75.3%的患者存在适应证不合理，39.3%用法用量不合理，8.7%联合用药不合理。结论 阿加曲班注射液的应用总体欠合理，存在超适应证及不合理用药现象，临床医师应注意规避风险，合理使用阿加曲班注射液，选择安全、有效、经济的药物。 |

| OBJECTIVE To investigate whether the clinical application of argatroban injection is reasonable. METHODS Statistical analysis of the use of argatroban injection in hospitalized cases from Second Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University from October 2018 to March 2019. RESULTS The clinical application of argatroban injection involved multiple departments and various diseases. This review found that 75.3% of the cases had unreasonable indications, 39.3% for unreasonable usage and dosage, and 8.7% for unreasonable combined medications. CONCLUSION The application of argatroban injection is generally unreasonable. There are hyper-indication and irrational use of argatroban injection. Clinicians should pay attention to avoiding risks, using argatroban injection rationally, and selecting safe, effective and economical drugs. |
