| 摘要: |
| 大毒中药具有作用迅猛、疗效确切等特点，在部分疾病的治疗中发挥奇效。本文基于对大毒中药已有临床应用的数据挖掘，结合临床研究和相关现代研究，经学会专家多次论证，形成大毒中药临床外用技术规范（草案），包括适应证、禁忌证、用药前评估、作用特点、常用剂型、剂量、频率、用药时间、疗程、注意事项、不良反应及应对措施等，以期规范大毒中药的临床应用，提高临床疗效，减少不良反应。 |

| Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) with great toxicity has the characteristics of rapid effect and definite curative effect, which plays an amazing role in the treatment of some diseases. Based on the data mining of the existing clinical application of large toxic TCM, combined with clinical research and relevant modern research, the technical specification for clinical application of large toxic traditional chinese medicine(draft) was formed after repeated demonstration by experts of the association. It includes applicable to syndromes, contraindications, pre-medication evaluation, functional characteristics, commonly used dosage forms, dosage, frequency, medication duration, course of treatment, precautions, common adverse reactions and countermeasures, etc. It is expected to standardize the clinical application of large toxic TCM, improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions. |
