白花丹巴布剂的基质处方优选及其体外透皮吸收研究

摘要:
目的 优选白花丹巴布剂的最佳基质处方,确定透皮促进剂。方法 在单因素试验基础上,以感官评分、初黏力、持黏力的综合评分为评价指标,采用均匀设计法对白花丹巴布剂处方中各组分的用量进行优化;并采用Franz扩散池法进行体外透皮吸收试验,筛选透皮促进剂的种类及用量。结果 最佳基质处方为白花丹浸膏2.0 g,聚丙烯酸钠0.938 g,甘羟铝0.137 g,甘油8.6 g,酒石酸0.04 g,蒸馏水6.0 g,高岭土0.5 g;以5%薄荷油作为透皮促进剂时渗透效果较好。结论 以最优处方制得的白花丹巴布剂黏着力适中,膏体均匀、易涂布,皮肤追随性较好,制备工艺稳定可行。

Optimization of Matrix Formulation and in Vitro Transdermal Absorption of Plumbago Zeylanica Cataplasm

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To optimize the best matrix formulation and determine transdermal enhancer of Plumbago zeylanica cataplasm. METHODS The optimal preparation was selected by uniform design, independent variables were the amount of the matrix formulation component part in Plumbago zeylanica cataplasm, and the comprehensive score of appearance, viscosity and continued viscosity used as indexes were dependent variable. Transdermal absorption experiment in vitro were carried out by Franz diffusion pool method to optimize the types and dosages of transdermal enhancers. RESULTS The best matrix formulation in Plumbago zeylanica cataplasm was 2.0 g Plumbagin zeylanica extract, 0.938 g sodium polyacrylate, 0.137 g dihydroxy aluminum, 8.6 g glycerin, 0.04 g tartaric, 6.0 g water, 0.5 g kaolinite. The cataplasm transdermal absorption was enhanced by 5% peppermint oil. CONCLUSION The optimized cataplasm has good viscosity, homogeneity, coating and adhesive ability. The preparation technology is stable and feasible.
