摘要:

目的 基于数据挖掘中药治疗银屑病的组方用药规律分析。方法 以中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库收录的期刊文献为资料来源，使用Excel 2013和SPSS Modeler 14.1等软件对符合纳入标准的中药复方进行关联规则分析和因子分析。结果 共纳入178首方剂，其中单药生地黄、牡丹皮最为常见。通过关联规则分析发现共有13种关联强度最高的药对组合，因子分析中7个公因子被提取出。结论 本研究运用现代信息技术，将中医临床资料与大数据相结合进行更深层次分析整合，初步明确了中医治疗银屑病的用药规律，最终反馈给临床，为指导临床更加安全合理用药及新处方研发提供依据。

Abstract:

OBJECTIVE To analyze the prescription law of treating psoriasis with traditional Chinese medicine based on data mining. METHODS Association rule analysis and factor analysis of traditional Chinese medicine compounds included in the standard were conducted by using Excel 2013, SPSS Modeler 14.1 and other software with journal literatures collected by CNKI, Wanfang database and VIP database as data sources. RESULTS A total of the 178 prescriptions were included, unprocessed rehmannia root and Moutan Cortex were the most common. Through association rule analysis, it was found that there were 13 drug pairs with the highest association strength, and 7 common factors were extracted from the factor analysis. CONCLUSION Modern information technology is used to integrate traditional Chinese medicine clinical data with big data. It has preliminarily defined the law of Chinese medicine in the treatment of psoriasis. The final feedback is given to the clinic, which provided the basis for guiding the clinical use of drug more safe and reasonable and the basis of development of new prescription.
