优选提取-共沸精馏耦合技术提取艾叶挥发油工艺

摘要:
目的 优选艾叶挥发油最佳提取工艺研究。方法 采用提取-共沸精馏耦合技术提取艾叶挥发油,计算挥发油得率。GC测定艾叶挥发油主要成分桉油精含量,应用信息熵原理对挥发油得率和艾叶挥发油有效成分进行权重分析,求得综合评分M为评价指标。对M进行Box-Behnken模型分析筛选出最佳提取工艺。结果 最佳提取工艺为提取时间6.0 h、浸泡时间2.0 h、料液比12:1。验证得实际M值与模型预测最佳M值相差1%,表明本实验预测性较好,模型可靠度高。结论 基于响应面法与信息熵法原理所得最佳工艺能有效提高艾叶挥发油的含量。

Process Optimization of Water Extraction Coupling Rectification for Extracting Volatile Oil from Artemisia Argyi

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil from Artemisia argyi. METHODS Artemisia argyi was extracted by water extraction coupling rectification, and the yield of volatile oil was calculated. The contents of the main effective components of eucalyptol was determined by GC. The information entropy principle was applied to analyze the weight of the volatile oil yield and the contents of eucalyptol, and the comprehensive score M was obtained as the evaluation index. The best extraction process was obtained by Box-Behnken model analysis of M. RESULTS The optimum extraction technology was as follows:the extraction time was 6.0 h, the soaking time was 2.0 h and the ratio of liquid to material was 12:1. The difference between the actual M value and the best M value of the model was 1%, which indicated that this experiment was had good predictability and the reliability of the model was high. CONCLUSION The optimum extraction technology based on response surface method and information entropy method can effectively improve the volatile oil content of Artemisia argyi.
