摘要:

类风湿关节炎（rheumatoid arthritis，RA）是一种发病机制尚未完全阐明的慢性自身免疫性疾病。因其病程长、致残率高、发病群体广，从而受到国内外政府及相关学者的高度重视。我国也不例外，特别是贵州少数民族地区，由于受到特殊的地理、气候环境影响，RA的发病率显著高于其他地区。贵州苗族人民在同疾病长期抗争过程中积累了宝贵的用药经验，但是缺乏系统的归纳整理。因此，本文综述了近年来苗药治疗RA常用单味药材、复方及其他治疗方法，以期为深入研究开发与利用苗药治疗RA提供科学依据。

Abstract:

Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) is a chronic autoimmune disease whose pathogenesis has not been fully elucidated. Due to its long course of disease, high disability rate, and wide population, it has been highly valued by domestic and foreign governments and related scholars. China is no exception, especially in ethnic minority areas of Guizhou. Due to the special geographical and climatic environment, the incidence of RA is significantly higher than other regions. The Miao people of Guizhou have accumulated valuable and effective drug use experience in the long-term struggle against the disease. However, it is lack of systematic summary of the treatment of RA. Therefore, this paper reviewed the recent use of Miao medicine in the treatment of RA single-flavored medicinal materials, compound and other treatment methods, in order to provide scientific basis for in-depth research and development and utilization of Miao medicine to treat RA.
