| 本研究提供了东北龙胆快速繁殖的方法:1.试管苗茎段在MS+BA 0.5+IBA 0.5的琼脂培养基上,获得大量丛生苗;2.试管苗切段转移至1/2MS+BA0.05+IBA0.05的聚氨醇海绵小块液体培养基上,形成完整小苗;3.试管苗移植田间有较高成活率。 |
