| 本文对国内外4家药厂4个批号的盐酸维拉帕米片样品进行了溶出度考察,并对体外参数T50及Td 进行了方差分析,结果表明各厂家间产品有极显著差异(F>F1-0.01),国内一家药厂产品的溶出度较差。 |
