| 用溶媒法制备了利福定固体分散物。经X—射线衍射实验证明,利福定在固体分散物中呈无定形或以分子状态分散于载体中。固体分散物2小时的体外溶出量和人体生物利用度分别较原药提高了88%和21.8%。 |
