摘要:

本文采用2，3一二氨基萘荧光分光光度法测定无花果的果实、叶子及其口服液中微量元素硒的含量。此法最低检出量(S／N=2)为2ng，重复实验C·V=1.9％，n=6，平均回收率：口服液100.5％，C·V=2.7％，果实90.2％，C·V=8.0％’叶子90.8％，C·V=9.8％。测定方法准确可靠。
