| 选择λ278nm 和λ300nm 作为甲硝唑和氯霉素二药的定量波长,通过两波长下吸光系数和配平倍数的测算,由工作曲线方程求得样品含量。实验测得甲硝唑和氯霉素的回收率分别为100.13%和99.73%,变异系数分别为0.3%和0.17%,说明方法可行。 |
