| 报道了天蓝链霉菌2809原生质体的制备,再生条件和再生株的产抗能力的变化;研究了甘氨酸浓度对菌丝体生长的影响;确定了溶菌酶作用的最佳条件;再生率为20%—30%;二次再生过程获得了高产菌株。 |
