| 采用转篮法研究了四个厂家6个批号安定片的体外溶出度,实验数据用威布尔分布模型拟合,求得Td、T50、m.结果表明:不同厂家生产的安定片溶出度差异显著(P<0.01),而同一厂家生产的不同批号的安定片溶出度无明显差异。 |
