| 以聚氧乙烯硬脂酸酯等为辅料制备了氢醌新的外用药剂──氢醌固体乳剂,用于治疗色素增加性皮肤病,其疗效同氢醌霜,总有效率分别为76.2%(试验组42例)和70.3%(对照组37例)。对制备的固体乳剂常温放置12mo药剂外观色泽及主药含量未见明显变化。 |
