| 用一阶导数先谱法鉴别了诺氟沙皇和环丙沙星。诺氟沙星和环丙沙星具有极为相似的结构,其零阶光谱、一阶导数光谱均极为相似,但两者一阶导数光谱在260～279nm之间的振幅值与339mm处的振幅值之比率则不相同,且该比率不随浓度的变化而变。依此提供了两者鉴别的依据。 |
