| We synthesized carbachol by one-pot,two-step,sequentlal reactions. its structureis confirmed by IR.1HNMR. 13CNMR and elemental analysis. The experimental result on rabbiteyes indicates that carbachol is a prompt miotic by intracameral injection. |
