| 摘要: |
| 采用紫外光谱法在384±1nm 波长处,测定强力铁胶囊中氯化血红素含量。结果表明,其线性范围为1.80—9.10 μg/ml,标准曲线的回归方程为A=0.06442C-0.003200,相关系数r==0.9909,方法平均回收率99.8%,RSD=0.67%。本法操作简便,快速,结果准确可靠。 |
