| 应用复凝聚法制备得到了无腥臭味的鱼池粉末化产品—色油微囊,并用气相色谱法测得鱼油微囊中廿碳五烯酸(eicosapentaenoicacid,EPA)和廿二碳六烯酸(docosahexaenoicadid,DHA)的包裹率分别为14.34%和14.06%,收得率分别为67.90%和66.56%。 |
