| 介绍了壳聚糖碘膜制剂的制备方法及其影响因素。通过物理化学方法,研究了壳聚糖碘结构,实验结果表明,壳聚糖吸附碘量受浸渍液中碘浓度,乙醇浓度和浸渍时间的影响。壳聚糖吸附碘后,壳聚糖和碘间发生了结构变化,生成了壳聚糖碘无定型复合物。 |
