| 根据一组已知浓度混合液的吸光度,经一无线性回归建立组分的工作方程。比较了建立工作方程的不同方法,并测定了三组分复方制剂安痛定注射液。本法可使吸收度线性组合法用于较复杂混合体系的测定。 |
