| 采用转换曲线分光光度法测定复方氯霉素酊中氧霉素和水杨酸的含量,不经预先分离,可直接测出两组分的含量.氯霉素的平均回收率为100.58%,RSD为0.55%,水杨酸的平均回收率为99,95%,RSD为0.95%。 |
