| 采用柱切换HPLC法建立5—Fu血药浓度测定方法,并用于治疗药物浓度监测。3例病人的测定结果,T1/2为25±6.71min,Vd为0.32±0.11L/kg。 |

| Abstract: |
| A method for determination of 5-Fu in human serum by HPLC with column - switching was pre-sented and used to TDM. The results of t1/2(25.45±6.71min)and Vd(0.32±0.11L/kg) in 3 patients by the method were obtained. |
