| 采用一阶导数紫外光谱法中的峰-零法测定石杉碱甲片(双益平)中石杉碱的含量,测定波长为318nm。三组不同量样品的平均回收率为98.25%,平均RSD为2.4%(样品总数n=30)。测定方法简便准确。 |
