| 以小檗碱溴汞酸盐为电活性物制备PVC膜离子选择电极,用以测定三黄片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。电极的线性范围1.0×10-3～5.0×10-7mol/L,级差56mV/pC,检测下限2.3×10-7mol/L,平均加样回收率100.3%,RSD0.75%。 |
