| 摘要: |
| 目的:为准确测定盐酸普鲁卡因溶液的含量。方法:采用双波长分光光度法测定盐酸普鲁卡因溶液的含量,测定波长为2 89nm ,参比波长为2 59.7nm。结果:平均回收率为1 0 0 .7% ,RSD=1.06%。结论:本方法能有效地消除盐酸普鲁卡因分解产物对氨基苯甲酸的干扰,准确测得其真实含量 |
