| 目的:测定“去万溶液”中醋酸曲安奈德的含量。方法:用紫外分光光度法于2 4 0nm处测定其吸收度,计算含量。结果:平均回收率为99.76% ,RSD为1 .4 6% ,线性范围为0 .0 1 0～0 .0 2 5mg/ml。结论:方法简便、可靠,适合该制剂的含量测定。 |
