| 摘要: |
| 确定氟罗沙星胶囊的处方并制定其质量标准。方法：依据不同的辅料配比，制成氟罗沙星胶囊，按有关规定测定崩解度和流动性，选出最佳配方，以UV法测定氟罗沙星的含量。结果：处方3溶出度平均达80％以上。结论：以处方3制成的胶囊最佳，以UV法测定氟罗沙星的含量，方法可靠。 |
