| 目的:研究蛋白同化激素去氢甲基睾丸素的合成工艺。方法:以去氢表雄酮醋酸酯为原料,经格氏反应,水解,沃氏氧化,DDQ脱氢等四步反应制得。结果:该合成路线不仅收率高,产品纯,而且无需过柱分离。结论:该工艺路线适合工业化生产。 |
